How do I know if my pension has been calculated correctly? +
It is not always easy to tell from the paperwork alone. Common concerns include gaps in contribution records, periods of employment that were not properly counted, or deductions that were applied without adequate explanation. Our Eligibility Review is specifically designed to answer that question with reference to your actual file.
How long does a pension adjustment take? +
Response times depend on the relevant fund or authority. In straightforward cases, a matter can move through within four to six weeks. More involved requests, particularly those requiring additional evidence, typically take one to three months. We keep you updated throughout so there are no unexplained silences.
What documents should I bring to a consultation? +
Anything you have available is helpful: employment records, fund statements, any letters or notifications from the Social Security Office or your pension fund, and your national identification documents. If some records are missing, that is not a problem — we can advise on how to request them.
Are your fees fixed, or do they change during the matter? +
The fee for each service is agreed at the outset and set down in writing. The Eligibility Review is ฿4,200, Adjustment Support is ฿9,800, and Full Dispute Representation is ฿17,500. Any changes to scope would be discussed with you before they affect the cost.
Is my information kept confidential? +
Yes. We are bound by professional obligations of confidentiality and handle all pension files and personal data with strict discretion. Information is shared with third parties only where it is necessary to progress your matter, and only with your awareness.
